Lockheed Martin Australia is a wholly-owned subsidiary the US-based Lockheed Martin Corporation. In 2012, Lockheed Martin Australia employed 750 people and had annual turnover in excess of A$200 million.

Australian operations are headed by a Chief Executive who reports to a Board of Directors comprising both Australian and US-based executives. The Board usually meets twice a year in Australia.

Lockheed Martin Australia operations are broadly spread across each of the mainland states, however, the major concentration of employees (eg: over 150 per site) are located in The Australian Capital Territory (Canberra), South Australia (Adelaide) and Victoria (Melbourne).
